Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to package our frames securely, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged frame, please inspect the item immediately upon arrival.

To be eligible for a replacement, refund, or exchange due to shipping damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your item. Damages reported after this period are considered outside of our responsibility and will not qualify for compensation.
